User Licence Agreement For D-Grafix Seamless Textures and Images:
This is a legal agreement between 'you' (the D-Grafix Customer) and 'us'/'we' the owner D-Grafix Design, owned by Daniel Harvey.
By downloading or using the D-Grafix 'Media' described in the 'User Licence Agreement' you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This agreement covers both the FREE (and available to everyone) 'thumbnail' (size up to and including 128x128 pixel) images in the image browser and the 'members only' full size images.
Any image larger than 128x128 pixels can only be used and downloaded by subscription members of this site. Subscription Memberships are not transferable and multiple logins from different locations are detected.
Upon subscription expiry you still retain rights to use any collected images provided you retain proof of subscription.
1-You are permitted to, on a non-exclusive basis:
To Use this media for games, artwork creation, web pages, presentations, animation, postcards,
adverts, screen savers, collages, magazines, menus and any form of creative production.
You are also allowed to sell your work, as long as you are not directly selling or distributing
the media supplied by us (see below or contact us for further clarification)
You can make new textures from supplied media for your games, presentations and products.
If you want to sell the new texture(s) itself then you can obtain special permission by adding it to our archives. (contact us)
2-You Are NOT Permitted
To re-sell or distribute these images UNLESS as part of a creative production that does not in any way invite others to use the media.
To re-sell or distribute as advertised media, without written consent from us.
Supplying with 'media packs' or any program designed to create models,textures,art or
presentations is prohibited without written consent from us.
3-A Note to game designers
If you use them for a game/program, please can you state 'Additional Artwork by D-Grafix.com' in the
programs credits.
4-Ownership of images
You do not own the images, all copyright still belongs to Daniel Harvey (c)2006 & direct associates.
5-Warranty
We make no claims about fitness of this media for any purpose, and is supplied without warranty.
You hereby indemnify us against any possible hardware or software damage arising from downloading or using this media.
